- Atleast two [2] years’ work experience; experience of managing a team of employees, and /or experience as a loan/field officer/working directly with clients in urban & peri urban areas will be an added advantage.
- You are a team player who leads by example and excellent at listening and building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients and within teams.

- You have a degree in Business studies or equivalent, sales or credit experience
- You are proficient in MS Office; Experience in CRM is an added advantage.
