A fast-growing phone retail company is looking for a smart, aggressive, and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our team.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in telesales and customer engagement
• Prior experience in call center collections, especially from lending companies such as Tala, Branch, Watu Credit, or similar institutions
• Ability to handle customer care and front office operations professionally
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good phone etiquette and ability to manage customer complaints effectively
• Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
