Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote construction materials across online platforms.

  • Manage and optimize social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on lead generation.

  • Plan, run, and monitor paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with measurable ROI.

  • Create and manage content including product posts, videos, reels, brochures, and promotions.

  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team, including contractors, developers, hardware stores, and project managers.

  • Manage the company website, SEO, product listings, and online inquiries.

  • Track analytics, campaign performance, conversions, and prepare marketing reports.

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with ongoing projects and promotions.

  • Manage online customer engagement, inquiries, and reviews professionally.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in construction, hardware, building materials, or a similar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to market technical or industrial products effectively.

  • Experience in content creation (basic graphic design, video editing is an added advantage).

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for results.
