Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily factory operations and production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.

Supervise and lead production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.

Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Monitor and improve production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost management.

Coordinate maintenance of factory equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.

Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

Track and report on production performance, capacity utilization, and operational metrics.

Work closely with procurement, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Train and develop staff to build a high-performing production team.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.

Experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.
