Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations and production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.

  • Supervise and lead production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.

  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Monitor and improve production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost management.

  • Coordinate maintenance of factory equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.

  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

  • Track and report on production performance, capacity utilization, and operational metrics.

  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Train and develop staff to build a high-performing production team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.

  • Experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.
