Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring a world-class first impression
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service throughout their stay
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion and excellence
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards in front office operations, presentation, and communication
  • Upsell lodge services, experiences, and packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Manage calls, emails, and bookings with professionalism and promptness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office role within a high-end hotel, lodge, or hospitality setting
  • Proven experience with reservation systems and front office operations
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service standards
