Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring a world-class first impression
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion and excellence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards in front office operations, presentation, and communication
- Upsell lodge services, experiences, and packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage calls, emails, and bookings with professionalism and promptness
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office role within a high-end hotel, lodge, or hospitality setting
- Proven experience with reservation systems and front office operations
- Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service standards
