Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop innovative and creative menus that enhance customer experience and differentiate the brand.
- Design seasonal specials and introduce new culinary concepts and trends.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Ensure food preparation and service meet established quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, food costing, procurement, and wastage control to maximize profitability.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all menu items.
- Collaborate with management to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and high-performance kitchen culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu engineering, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative dishes and introduce new culinary concepts.
- Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
