KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality, practical and theory-based training
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Mentor and support students academically and professionally
• Ensure compliance with TVET/CDACC standards
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
• TVET Trainer Certification (TVET/CDACC/KSTVET) is highly preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years teaching or industry experience
• Strong practical skills and ability to deliver competency-based training
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (for medical trainers) is an added advantage
