KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Intern Credit Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting outreach and promotion of the company’s lending solutions.
• Identifying and recruiting customers who meet the company’s target customer criteria.
• Supporting effective loan appraisal and customer assessment.
• Working towards set business and customer acquisition targets.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of a quality loan portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Following established credit processes, policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
✔ Previous experience in sales, marketing or portfolio management will be an added advantage.
✔ Computer literate with the ability to maintain accurate records.
✔ Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and performance targets.
✔ High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
✔ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
✔ Willingness to work in a field-based environment and engage directly with customers.
