Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and accounting records.
  • Monitor stock movements, receipts, issues and transfers.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
  • Participate in stock counts, inventory reconciliations and reporting.
  • Verify inventory documentation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Support the preparation of inventory-related financial reports.
  • Assist with month-end stock and accounting reconciliations.
  • Work closely with Stores, Procurement, Production and Finance teams.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately captured in SAP.
  • Perform other accounting and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor of Commerce, CPA or an equivalent accounting qualification is an added advantage.
  • Practical experience working with SAP is mandatory.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory accounting, stock control and reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
