Key Responsibilities
-
Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards and company policies.

Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, schedules, and reconciliations.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.

Perform bank, creditor, debtor, and inventory reconciliations.

Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF).

Support audits by preparing audit schedules and responding to audit queries.

Monitor expenses, cost controls, and budget performance.
-
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
-
Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting.

Liaise with internal departments on financial and accounting matters.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
CPA (Part II or above) or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
-
Minimum 3–5 years relevant accounting experience in a structured organization.

Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
-
Proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred) and accounting systems.
-
Experience in medical, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments is an added advantage.
