Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth nightly floor operations

• Supervise waitstaff, bar staff, and security teams

• Manage VIP guests and handle customer concerns professionally

• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction

• Monitor crowd flow, safety, and club cleanliness

• Prepare and submit nightly performance reports

• Train, coach, and motivate staff

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy nightclub, bar, or hospitality environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

• Energetic, confident, and well-presented

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented
