Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Education Single Certificate (up to Stage III or equivalent).
  • Computerized Document Processing up to Stage III.
  • Training in Office Administration & Management.
  • ICT Level III and Computer Skills Stage II.
  • Shorthand II or III proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Commerce, Office Procedures, and Secretarial Duties.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Age bracket: 27–35 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and records.
  • Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and other official documents.
  • Handle appointments, meetings, and diary management.
  • Receive and direct visitors, calls, and inquiries professionally.
  • Support office administration and coordination activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
