Key Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Education Single Certificate (up to Stage III or equivalent).
- Computerized Document Processing up to Stage III.
- Training in Office Administration & Management.
- ICT Level III and Computer Skills Stage II.
- Shorthand II or III proficiency.
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Commerce, Office Procedures, and Secretarial Duties.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Age bracket: 27–35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and records.
- Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and other official documents.
- Handle appointments, meetings, and diary management.
- Receive and direct visitors, calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Support office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
