KEY REQUIREMENTS

✓ Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field
✓ Minimum 6 years’ procurement/supply chain experience, including 5 years in retail or FMCG
✓ Proven experience overseeing day-to-day procurement operations and leading a team
✓ Experience managing and developing a team, with at least 3 direct reports
✓ Strong expertise in supplier sourcing, negotiations and supplier relationship management
✓ Proven ability to drive cost savings and improve procurement efficiency
✓ Strong knowledge of inventory planning, stock availability and purchasing controls
✓ Proficiency in procurement systems, data analysis and MS Office
✓ Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
