Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications in sales or business development will be an added advantage
