Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively market & sell Pawapot Electric Pressure Cookers to households, institutions, business community, health facilities, cooperative societies, Saccos etc.
  • Meet, exceed individual & team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned area.
  • Manage and administer schedules for business service areas.
  • Prepare regular sales reports & feedback to management.
  • To provide quality services to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstration and thoroughly educate customers on the benefits of clean cooking.

You are the right candidate if;

  • You are passionate about urban & peri urban and making a difference to young families, professionals, business community among others and excited about working in diverse multicultural environment.
  • You are willing to live and work in the area[s] highlighted.
  • You have excellent communication skills including verbal & written communication in both English and Kiswahili.
  • You are passionate, self-driven, highly organized and able to operate independently towards organization’s set targets.
  • You value ownership and freedom in exchange of accountability & responsibility
  • You are adaptable to intensive on the job training.
  • You have at least 1 year of active sales experience with MFIs, NGOs or Social Impact Organizations/ Previous sales and credit experience is desirable.
  • You have Higher education Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Relevant Course
  • You are self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
