KEY REQUIREMENTS

✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
✓ Minimum 5 years’ retail experience, including at least 3 years in a Retail Sales Manager role
✓ Proven track record in driving revenue, achieving sales targets and growing business
✓ Experience managing and leading large teams of approximately 30 staff
✓ Strong experience overseeing day-to-day retail/shop operations and ensuring operational efficiency
✓ Excellent staff planning, performance management, coaching and shift coordination skills
✓ Strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control and retail systems
✓ Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace✓ Willingness to travel between Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
