Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare services and products

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and partners

Drive sales of healthcare products and services to meet revenue targets

Develop proposals, quotations, and client presentations

Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Marketing & Brand Visibility

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
-
Manage social media platforms and online presence
-
Organize outreach activities, activations, and partnerships
-
Strengthen brand positioning within the healthcare sector
Operations & Administration
-
Support day-to-day administrative functions and office coordination
-
Maintain accurate records of clients, sales, and transactions
-
Assist in coordinating service delivery and client follow-ups
Finance & Reporting Support
-
Assist in invoicing, receipting, and tracking payments
-
Maintain basic financial records related to sales and expenses
-
Support budget tracking and reporting on revenue performance
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
-
Proven experience in sales/business development (healthcare sector is a strong advantage)

Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms
-
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/digital tools

Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
