Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.

  • Promote the school’s programs, facilities, and achievements through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Manage and grow the school’s social media presence and online visibility.

  • Organize and coordinate open days, school tours, marketing events, and community engagement activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, prospective parents, and partner organizations.

  • Track and report on marketing campaigns, enquiries, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and positioning of the school.

  • Support the administration in developing promotional materials, content, and branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).

  • Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.

  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
