Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell construction materials and equipment to contractors, engineers, developers, and hardware outlets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and clients within the construction sector.

  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project managers.

  • Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, particularly materials or equipment.

  • Strong understanding of construction products, specifications, and project sales cycles.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits is an added advantage.
