Key Responsibilities

Actively market and sell construction materials and equipment to contractors, engineers, developers, and hardware outlets.

Identify new business opportunities, projects, and clients within the construction sector.

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project managers.

Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.

Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches.
Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, particularly materials or equipment.

Strong understanding of construction products, specifications, and project sales cycles.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits is an added advantage.
