KEY REQUIREMENTS

✓ Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
✓ Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably in FMCG
✓ Proven experience supervising, coaching and managing a sales team
✓ Ability to plan staff duties, monitor attendance and maintain discipline
✓ Strong ability to drive sales, achieve targets and develop new business
✓ Responsible for shop operations, customer experience and team performance
✓ Experience in stock control, stock requisitions and loss prevention
✓ Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
