Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards across assigned locations.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure security personnel are alert, well-groomed, and adhering to company procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and client concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports for management.
• Ensure guards are properly deployed and shifts are adequately covered.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of client premises.
• Train, mentor, and guide security guards on company policies and security procedures.
• Enforce discipline and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Liaise with clients and management to address security concerns and improve service delivery.
• Carry out spot checks and surprise inspections at various assignments.
• Ensure security equipment and company property are properly maintained and accounted for.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Must be 30 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Security Supervisor.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle riding licence (mandatory).
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Certificate in Security Management or KCSE Certificate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and prepare basic reports.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A team player with the ability to manage and motivate security personnel.
• Flexible and willing to work across different assignments and locations as required.
