Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the service sector

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts in line with company objectives

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management

Represent the company professionally at industry meetings, networking events, and client engagements
Key Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in business development or senior sales roles within the service industry

Demonstrable sales track record, with evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex, high-value deals

Clear history of job stability with reputable organizations

High level of professional maturity, integrity, and sound judgment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Ability to work independently, strategically, and with minimal supervision

Strong presentation and reporting skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
