Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the service sector

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients

  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts in line with company objectives

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management

  • Represent the company professionally at industry meetings, networking events, and client engagements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in business development or senior sales roles within the service industry

  • Demonstrable sales track record, with evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex, high-value deals

  • Clear history of job stability with reputable organizations

  • High level of professional maturity, integrity, and sound judgment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

  • Ability to work independently, strategically, and with minimal supervision

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
