Our client, a growing interior design company, is seeking an experienced Studio Manager / Lead Interior Designer to oversee daily operations, lead a small but dynamic team, and spearhead business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately five employees.
• Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs.
• Drive business growth by identifying new clients and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and drive results.
