Our client, a leading player in the FMCG, Food Processing, and Agribusiness sector, is seeking to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and demand planning while leading high-performing teams and ensuring seamless product availability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader with proven experience managing warehouse operations, inventory controls, logistics networks, and large operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution functions.
• Ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing inventory holding costs and stock losses.
• Manage warehouse operations to achieve high standards of efficiency, accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment processes.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and other supply chain partners.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSP (K), APICS, CSCP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Fresh Produce, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks.
• Strong experience leading and managing large operational teams.
• Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory management systems, and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic operational environment.
